Planadas is a regional blend from Tolima, Colombia, produced by a network of smallholder producers working through the ASOPEP cooperative. Through a shared program focused on careful harvesting and controlled processing, individual lots are combined to create a consistent, high-quality expression of the region.

In the cup: Vibrant and fruit-driven, with ripe raspberry and red grape at the forefront, carried by a juicy, structured sweetness that keeps the profile lifted and clean through the finish.
