On 5/15/16, our cafe The French Press hosted a latte art competition for our crazy-talented baristas. After a busy day of work, we closed up shop, ordered some pizza, and watched our friends throw down.  We witnessed some amazing moves and unique designs. The competition was close, but Justin, the store manager at the Anacapa location of The French Press, came out on top. While we crowned Justin champion in latte art and sent him home with a super sweet Baratza coffee grinder this time, there will be other competitions and other challengers for the crown in the coming months.
